To use the recorded list with USB storage device

Connect the USB device to the U U S S B B I I N N jacks on the side of TV.
USB HDD (over 40 GB)

To use the USB storage device (over 40 GB) for USB Backup, execute the "USB HDD Format"

It initialises the HDD connected to the USB as disk mode for backup.

It is activated only when the USB HDD available for backup is connected.

When "USB HDD Format" is executed, all the data stored in the USB storage device is deleted.
I
While performing "USB HDD Format", do not remove the USB storage device. It may cause error on the TV and
the storage device.

When attempting to access the USB Backup of the TIME MACHINE menu after the initialization, an alert mes-

sage is displayed and access is blocked because there are no backed up items.
When even a single backed up file exists through 'Copy to USB HDD' from the 'Recorded TV' of the TIME

MACHINE menu, the access to USB Backup is allowed.
