Wok ring
Use the wok ring supplied to give ad-
ditional stability to the wok, especially
to woks with a rounded base.
Make sure that the wok ring is loc-
ated securely in its correct position.
See illustration.
The wok is unique among cookware in
that it has a small base diameter and a
large rim diameter (usually 35-40 cm).
Combination trivet
Use the small trivet supplied for small
pans. The pan will then be stable on the
burner and not tip over.
