MSG
soft

to
leave
a
voicemail
message
(only
if
user
has
voicemail
set
up)
With
the
caller
on
the
phone

Trans/PGM
then
601
to
609
(there
are
8
default
line
numbers).
This
will
hold
the
caller
in
the
system
Dial
the
relevant
park
location
number
601‐609
Press
Headset
key,
then
0
for
Headset
use
or
1
for
Handset
use
then
Hold/Save
Press
DND

Internal
callers
will
get
"Do
Not
Disturb"
on
their
display
and
your
phone
will
not
ring.

The
screen
will
then
display
the
different
types
of
forward
available,
using
your
down
navigation
key
scroll
until
the
desired
forward
is
highlighted

using
the

soft
key

SELECT
key
in
the
centre
of
the
navigation
keys.
You
must
now
enter
the
location
you
want
to
divert
to

extension
