    Introduction Function overview Microphone System Configuration Center is software for configuring various settings and acquiring statuses of the Panasonic 1.9 GHz digital wireless system (WX-SR200P series) and the ceiling array microphone system (WX-AM800P series). It is installed on a PC and connected via a network connection.

As an example, the receiver settings will be configured with the following procedure. Display the [Unit management] screen as described in steps 1 to 4 of “Receiver setting procedure”.

    Pairing (WX-SR200P series) A microphone and receiver must be paired with each other in order to establish a connection. For details, refer to the operating instructions of the receiver. Pairing can also be performed from this software. This manual describes how to add/delete a pairing using this software.
  • Page 40 Pairing (WX-SR200P series) While the power of the microphone to be paired is ON, press the [REG] button on the microphone for at least two seconds. The [PWR] indicator* on the microphone blinks orange and pairing starts. If pairing completes successfully, the [PWR] indicator* on the microphone switches to the normal status according to the remaining battery level and the [REG] indicator for the paired channel on the receiver lights green for one second and then goes off.
  • Page 41 Pairing (WX-SR200P series) When pairing completes successfully, the information of the paired microphone is displayed in the [Microphone] tab screen of this software. Important Pairing is now complete. ● Six microphones can be paired per channel. When the maximum number of microphones that can be paired is exceeded, the newest microphone will overwrite the oldest one.

    Pairing (WX-SR200P series) Identifying the paired microphones The pairing information of the microphones paired to a receiver can be identified individually. Perform the following procedure. Display the [Microphone] tab as described in steps 1 to 2 of “Pairing”. Important Click the [ Identify] button of the channel for which you wish to identify after the pairing has been completed.
  • Page 43 Pairing (WX-SR200P series) While the power of the microphone to be paired is ON, the [PWR] indicator (Status indicator for WX-ST600P/700P) on the microphone turns green and orange alternately. This allows you to identify pairing. The pairing identification mode lasts for five seconds, after which the devices will go back to their normal operation mode.

    Checking the operation status (WX-SR200P series) Setting the microphone standby duration Standby refers to the state to maintain a wireless connection with a wireless antenna for a certain amount of time after the power switch of the microphone is switched from [ON] to [OFF]. If you set the power switch of the microphone to [ON] during standby, you can use the microphone immediately, but the microphone also consumes battery power during standby.
