    Advanced settings On some computer models, the Advanced settings menu includes a setting to enable or disable HyperThreading. This feature works only with HyperThreading-aware operating systems, such as Microsoft Windows Vista and Windows XP. The default setting for HyperThreading is Enabled. However, if you select Set Defaults and are using an operating system other than Windows Vista or Windows XP, your computer performance might be degraded.

    Cleaning the mouse This section provides instructions on how to clean an optical or non-optical mouse. Optical mouse An optical mouse uses a light-emitting diode (LED) and an optical sensor to navigate the pointer. If the pointer on the screen does not move smoothly with the optical mouse, you might need to clean the mouse.
