Using the function selector:
^ Press it to switch the appliance on.
The Start light will come on:
^ Turn the function selector to the C
symbol.
^ Confirm this selection by pressing the
function selector.
^ Turn the function selector to the I
symbol.

^ Confirm your selection.
^ Confirm your selection.
^ Turn the selector until you see the
hardness level required, e.g.
"Medium 2".
"Return" will then appear in the display.
Press the function selector twice and
turn it to Q to return to the Start
display.
