Sirloin joint / Fillet of beef

Preparation time: 50–70 minutes

Ingredients
1 kg joint of beef (sirloin or fillet)
Salt
Pepper
1 tbsp coarse grained mustard
75 g butter
Accessories
Gourmet oven dish (or a glass dish)
Aluminium foil
Method
Season the meat with salt and pepper
and spread the mustard over. Dot with
butter and place in the Gourmet oven
dish or the glass tray. Pre-heat the oven
and open roast.
After roasting, wrap in foil and leave to
stand for about 10 minutes. Carve and
serve.
