Method
Mix ½ cup (100 g) yogurt with 4 cups
(1 liter) of milk or make up the mixture
with yogurt starter powder, following
the instructions on the packaging.
Pour the mixture into glass jars and
seal them.
Place the jars in a cooking pan. En-
sure that they do not touch one an-
other.
Immediately after the yogurt has been
made, place the jars in the refrigera-
tor, taking care not to move them un-
necessarily.
