Grasp the edge of the memory module (2), and then gently pull the module out of the slot. Use the same procedure to remove both memory modules. IMPORTANT: To prevent damage to the memory module, hold the memory module by the edges only. Do not touch the components on the memory module.

Open the display to open the hinges (1). Remove the seven Phillips M2.5 × 5.0 screws (2) that secure the display hinges to the computer. Separate the display from the computer by pulling the display up and away from the computer (3). Reverse this procedure to install the display assembly.
