The volume level coming from channel to channel and broadcast to broadcast can vary widely. The Delta Volume control will allow the volume to be increased for channels with weaker audio signals while allowing other channels with stronger signals to be reduced. Closed Captioning (CC) allows you to read the voice content of television programs on the TV screen.
