Installation, maintenance and repairs must only be carried out by a Miele authorised technician. A damaged appliance is dangerous. Check the appliance for any visible damage.

You could burn yourself on the heating elements, oven compartment, shelf runners, accessories, food or steam. Wear oven gloves when placing food in the oven or removing it, and when adjusting oven shelves etc.

Warning and Safety instructions Oil and fat can ignite if overheated. Never leave the steam oven unattended when cooking with oil and fat. If it does ignite, do not put the flames out with water. Switch the steam oven off immediately and then suffocate the flames by keeping the oven door closed.
