2. This Limited Warranty applies to Presario products manufactured or distributed by Compaq Computer Corporation (Compaq) under the Compaq brand name. A Presario product is defined as a Compaq Presario Personal Computer, excluding external cathode ray tube monitors or flat panel display (FPD) monitors (except CRT or FPD monitors which are integrated in the chassis of the Presario computer). - Page 6 4. Compaq’s obligations with respect to Software Products, including Software Products pre-installed with the Presario product distributed by Compaq under the Compaq brand name are set forth in the applicable end user license agreement. Non-Compaq Hardware and Software Products are provided on an “AS IS”...
