    INTRODUCTION REMOTE CONTROL KEY FUNCTIONS When using the remote control, aim it at the remote control sensor on the set. There maybe a defect in consecutive operation of remote control in a specified brightness according to this set. POWER switches the set on from standby or off to standby. Selects the TV, AV, Component, RGB or HDMI/DVI modes.

    INSTALLATION HOW TO JOIN THE SET ASSEMBLY TO THE WALL TO PRO- TECT THE SET TUMBLING Set it up close to the wall so the set doesn’t fall over when it is pushed backwards. The instructions shown below is a safer way to set up the set, which is to fix it on the wall so the set does- n’t fall over when it is pulled in the forward direction.

    SPECIAL FUNCTIONS RECORDING - Use this function to record the program you are watching on the main screen. Instant Record This function records the currently displayed programme. Select the desired programme to record and then press the During recording hours of programming.     SPECIAL FUNCTIONS PIP (PICTURE-IN-PICTURE) FEATURE PIP lets you view 2 different inputs (sources) on your set screen at the same time. One source will be large, and the other source will show a smaller inset image. It’s not available to use this function in TELETEXT mode. Twin Picture mode splits the screen into two images, allowing two picture sources to be shown on the set screen at the same time.

    SPECIAL FUNCTIONS - Teletext (or TOP text) is an optional function, therefore only the set with the teletext system can receive the teletext broadcast. - Teletext is a free service broadcast by most TV stations which gives up-to-the-minute information on news, weather, television programmes, share prices and many other topics.
