Disconnect the battery cable from the system board connector (1).
2.
Pull the battery (2) up and off the computer. The battery is secured with adhesive.
To install the RTC battery, reverse this procedure.
NOTE:
Only replace the battery with a compatible battery type, which for this computer is CR1620.
