Use crockery that is microwave safe.

Sear the meat on the hob first.

Select the specified grill level.

Pre-heat the oven for 5 minutes before putting food inside.

Roast with the lid on first. Then remove the lid after roasting for 60 minutes and add
approx. 0.5 litres of liquid.

Add approx. 0.5 litres of liquid halfway through cooking.

Turn the food halfway through cooking.
