Possible cause and solution
The drum door has been pushed to but is not closed cor-
rectly.
Check whether the drum door is closed correctly.
Possible cause and solution
The drain is blocked or restricted. The drain hose has been
fixed too high.
Clean the drain filter and the drain pump.
The maximum delivery head is 3' 3" (1 m).
The water inlet is blocked or restricted.
Check whether the faucet is turned on properly.
Check whether the water inlet hose is kinked.
The water pressure is too low.
Switch on the Low water pressure setting (see "Supervi-
sor level – Low water pressure").
The water inlet filters are blocked.
Clean the filters (see "Cleaning and care – Cleaning the
water inlet filters").
The required temperature was not reached during the disin-
fection program.
The washing machine has not carried out the disinfection
cycle correctly.
Restart the program.
There is a fault.
Disconnect the washer-dryer stack from the electricity
supply.
Wait at least 2 minutes before reconnecting the washer-
dryer stack to the electricity supply.
Switch the washer-dryer stack on again.
Restart the program. If the fault message appears again,
contact Customer Service.
Possible cause and solution
One of the external detergent containers is empty.
Refill the detergent containers.
During the last wash, a wash program with a temperature
below 140°F (60°C) or the Drain/Spin program was se-
lected.
Start a program with a minimum temperature of 140°F
(60°C) or the
Clean Machine
program.
